Little Church Leaders
At Berwick Vineyard Church we call the small groups which meet together in someone's home, to learn and grow together and to provide care and prayer support for each other, Little Churches.
They are led by:
Jo Baker, Dan & Liz Brooke, Pete & Anni Daddy, Frank & Ilona Jetmar, Garyth & Kirsten Hampson, Ash & Sue Goode, Peter & Jenny Thomas, Harry & Ingrid Smit, Ed & Linda Straw and Mel Wall.
Some groups meet weekly and others are on a fortnightly basis. The various groups meet at different locations, days and times. Each group has its own unique style but all are led by leaders who have been recognised to have a pastoral heart and are eager to encourage others in maturing their faith.

Practical Area Leaders
We also have a number of leaders who care for the practical areas of church life. These PALs (Practical Area Leaders) are responsible for the development and oversight of teams who repair and maintain our equipment, oversee set up and pack up operations, operate our sound system, administrate our finances and provide our yummy coffee and refreshments.

Other Coordinating Roles
Our Care Network is coordinated by Andrea Fidler, as part of her role as Ministry Support personnel.
A group which specifically caters for the needs of Mums with young children meets fortnightly during the day and is coordinated by Emma Healey.
There is an opportunity for our men to get to know each other better, over breakfast once a month. This gathering is overseen by Harry Smit.
A similar group for women is held on the first Saturday of each month, where they enjoy a chat over brunch. This group is coordinated by Jennifer Cornwall-Towers.
