Accountability Groups

At Berwick Vineyard Church we believe that our relationship with God is worked out in the context of our relationships with each other. We're real people aiming to work out our faith with integrity through genuine relationships.

Living in a world and culture with differing priorities can make maintaining a daily commitment to that calling, a challenge.  For this reason the leadership team believe that being part of an accountability group is a highly effective means of walking together with other Christians, with a view to encouraging each other in faithful, holy living.

Accountability groups are usually committed groups of 3 people who meet together on a regular (at least fortnightly) basis.  They are intended to be places of encouragement, care and honest accountability for each member where trustworthy friendship can grow.

It is our heartfelt desire to provide such safe places where we can truly love and be loved. From these secure bases we can then be released to move forward into all that God has called us to be and do.
