Endeavour Ministries / The Andrews Centre
Endeavour Ministries is a Christian-based voluntary organisation, which seeks primarily to provide for those who, for whatever reason, find themselves in need.
Endeavour Ministries run a wide range of programs and activities out of its premises, The Andrews Centre, located in Endeavour Hills. These supportive activities include:
- Psychological and counselling assistance
- Food relief
- Emergency accommodation
- Budgeting and financial support
- Literacy & numeracy aid
- Weekly midday meal
- Social outings
- Legal aid
In addition, Endeavour Ministries maintain an op shop which both raises funds to support its activities, as well as providing low cost clothing and household goods for those in need.
The availability of both of these premises have been made possible due to the generous support of The Andrews Foundation philanthropic trust.
In 2008, Berwick Vineyard Church commenced fortnightly prayer support on Thursday mornings for anyone associated with The Andrews Centre.
Several women from both St Matthews and Berwick Vineyard Church can also be found in the kitchen, once a fortnight, preparing and serving a hot lunch to those who would otherwise go without a good solid meal in their week.
Berwick Vineyard Church have been delighted to be involved in various aspects of the Endeavour Ministries works of compassion, whether they be by participation at various social and fundraising events, volunteer staffing of the office, prayer support or providing supplies for food relief. We continually seek ways to "love our neighbour" in Christ and partnering with organisations such as Endeavour Ministries is one way of expressing the compassionate heart of Jesus to those around us.

The Endeavour Ministries Op Shop is located at 2/2 The Terrace, Endeavour Hills 3802. It is open from 10:00am - 5:00pm weekdays and 10:00am - 12:00pm Saturdays.
